A relaxing stay with nature views
Waking up to fine nature views was a good surprise. The breakfast offered an excellent variety, especially the desserts, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring rooms. Transportation options are limited, lacking services like Uber.

Most of the staff tell you where we can go and what to visit, except for one receptionist who gave us a hard time. Otherwise excellent is the 2nd time I go to the hotel and they always leave me wanting to repeat. The super friendly staff, the cleaning every day. . Great.
One night we were down at the pool and one of the receptionist on duty that night, not Chito (Shshh) to address us, was not able to say ladies or use a word, he did it as if we were animals. He told us where they were going, and we told him to the pool and he told us who they asked and we told him that one night before we had asked the schedule and rules and he in a bad way told us that we should ask before, and at the end we asked him if we could, because he had mentioned that they cleaned the pool and that maybe he had liquids, and his answer was that if we could, he made us all a relax and he knew that we could use the pool without any problem, the truth ruined us the rest of the night. The truth is I've been to the hotel before and this is the first time this has happened to me.

The pool's pretty good even though it closes at 8:00. The staff is very nice and when we arrived they gave us good indications of places to visit. We had no problem parking inside.. There are neighbourhood bars nearby on the way to the bridge where you can have a good and cheap breakfast and lunch or dinner.. Mercadona and Lidl next to the hotel for quick shopping.
The location in a working class neighborhood can throw off some guests. Behind the hotel there is an open land where some kids used to make doughnuts with the car, very noisy, although the two nights we were there were quiet... The walk to the historical center in summer (20-25 minutes) is hard because of the heat, in another time it will not be so hard. But you can go by car and leave it by the bridge, which saves 15 minutes of walk.

The pool area is lovely for relaxation post-sightseeing, but be cautious of bees near the showers.

We spent two nights in this hotel and everything was great! The lady at the reception was very nice, we booked a room with a balcony and a double bed and when we arrived she told us that the rooms with balconies have single beds, so when we go with a baby who sleeps with us we need a double bed and she immediately put us up in a big room with a round bed which I think is superior. It's very nice, very comfortable and has a little terrace. . The breakfast buffet is very rich and abundant! The swimming pool has an area with deckchairs and grass and although we did not have time to enjoy it much we went down for a while and it was wonderful with the 40 degrees outside the water was even cold :)). The location is not bad, there is a walk of about 20' to the Mosque that becomes very nice once you get to the river. Thank you very much for a very nice stay!
The service at lunch is very slow.

Booked the hotel for its particularly good and absolutely perfect location near to historic sights, downtown and several bars on the riverbank to call at on the way. I spent here 1 great day and would book again...

Everything else was perfect, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, with a television, an armchair, huge wardrobe and there was also a good-sized mirror on the desk, with another chair. As if it were 3 or 4 stars. bathroom was very big, with a full screen in the shower and a hair dryer. room had no noise, parking was included in the price (with surveillance cameras), pets are allowed, they have a swimming pool. On the other hand all the hotel staff is very friendly. We were given all the directions on arrival so that we were aware of where all the monuments/experiences to enjoy in Cordoba and surrounding area were. From the hotel to the mosque-cathedral it's only a 20 minute walk, along wide avenues and overlooking the river. breakfast buffet was very varied. We hope to return :-)
Just two minor details. There was a soap dish missing from the bathroom where to put the pill. Another point to improve, that the bathroom window could not be opened (it was foldable but there was no handle).

Lovely pool area, but the walk to the city center can be tiring in the heat.

The staff are excellent. They known English and are very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for families on vacation. It is far away from the noisy center of the city but close enough to drive to the major city attractions. The hotel offers free parking which is an advantage. The pool is very good if you have children. The lighting in the room is perfect.
The quality of the towels is very bad. They need to be replaced. The breakfast is okay, it is not very diverse and there are not many options.

Loved the decent-sized room and the great buffet breakfast with fresh fruits and cheeses! The only downside was the 20-minute walk in the heat, but I’d definitely return.

Despite being rated with 1 star the hotel is at the level of a superior 3 star hotel. Friendly staff, room has air conditioning, is spacious and some have a terrace. beds and pillows are very comfortable, with a full breakfast buffet and free parking at the door of the hotel. accommodation also includes a swimming pool for guests with a lawn area for sunbathing. It is very well located, on the other side of the bridge that crosses the Guadalquivir and goes directly to the Jewish quarter and mosque. There are also 3 large supermarkets across the avenue. We could stay with our dog without any problem. If we go back to Cordoba we will surely repeat.
I think it is very unfair that there are hotels that seem to have been given the stars and instead this hotel only has 1 with the amount of services it has, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and how well the rest of the facilities are.

Great value for a hotel in a convenient location to walk to the sights of the city. It's a one star but could easily be upgraded in our opinion. The restaurant serves good honest food at good prices. Room was quiet, comfortable and a reasonable size for the price.
